Mudiverse is operated by Power Userful LLC (Los Angeles, California, USA). “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Power Userful LLC.
By creating an account or using Mudiverse, you agree to these Terms of Service. We may update these terms from time to time; when we do, the version above changes and you’ll be asked to accept the new version the next time you play.
Accounts on Mudiverse are for adults. We ask a couple of confirming questions before an account is created, and we may close an account at any time — without notice — if we later determine it does not meet this requirement, including where the signup check was circumvented.
You’re responsible for the security of your account credentials and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You agree not to use Mudiverse to:
NPC dialogue, room and story text, and some other in-game content are generated by AI models. This content can be inaccurate, nonsensical, repetitive, or occasionally offensive. It reflects the model’s output, not a statement of fact or opinion by Mudiverse, and should not be relied upon.
Room chat, region chat, and party chat are public or semi-public spaces shared with other real people, and are not pre-moderated. If you encounter behavior that violates these terms, use the in-game feedback command to report it.
You keep ownership of the text you write. By posting it in-game, you grant Power Userful LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully sublicensable and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, and publicly display that content, in any media now known or later developed, for any purpose connected with operating, improving, and promoting Mudiverse — including displaying it to other players, retaining it in logs, archives, and backups, and using it to develop, evaluate, and train the systems that run the game.
This license does not end when you do. It survives your stopping play, deleting your content, and deleting your account, and it cannot be revoked or withdrawn. Deleting your account removes your content from active play and from our live systems as described in the Privacy Policy, but it does not terminate this license and does not require us to retrieve or erase your text from other players’ sessions, logs, archives, or backups.
You confirm that you have the right to grant this license for everything you post, and that your content doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights.
In-game items, credits, and account tiers have no real-world cash value, are not transferable outside the game, and may be changed, rebalanced, or reset as the game evolves.
Mudiverse is pre-monetization: no money changes hands for account tiers today. Any promotional or admin-granted access may expire or be withdrawn at any time.
You can delete your account at any time from your Profile page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Mudiverse is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or lossless operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mudiverse and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may revise these terms as the game evolves. Material changes will be reflected in a new version and effective date above.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of Mudiverse will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
