Mudiverse is operated by Power Userful LLC (Los Angeles, California, USA), which is the data controller for the information described below.

• Your email address and auth identity (or your Google profile, if you sign in with Google)
• Your display handle and character(s)
• Game state — inventory, location, credits, and similar
• Chat and command text you send in-game
• Feedback submissions and, where relevant, terminal transcripts
• A record that you accepted these terms, and when

We do not store your birth date. Before you can create an account, we ask for your birth month and year to confirm you’re old enough to use Mudiverse. That information is used only in your browser to check eligibility and is never sent to our servers or stored anywhere.

To operate the game — authenticate you, run your character, deliver chat and NPC interactions, moderate the service, and respond to support requests — and to develop and improve Mudiverse, including the AI systems that run it.

We rely on third-party providers to run Mudiverse, and share personal information with them only as needed to do so. The categories are:

• Hosting and application delivery — running the website and game servers
• Database, authentication, and file storage — your account, characters, and game state
• AI and machine-learning providers — generating NPC dialogue and world content

What this means for what you type: when you talk to an AI-driven NPC or use a command that generates content, the relevant command or chat text is sent outside our systems to a third-party AI provider so it can produce a response. That provider processes your text under its own terms.

We choose the specific providers in each category and may change them as the service evolves. For the current list, email us at the address below.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

Chat and room messages, feedback submissions, and related transcripts are retained to operate and moderate the game. We may periodically clean up old operational logs.

Note that in-game text is inherently shared: anything you say in a room, region, or party channel is delivered to the other players present and may persist in their session history. Under section 7 of the Terms of Service, the license you grant us in the text you post is perpetual and irrevocable, and content already distributed, logged, or backed up is not retrieved when you delete your account.

You can delete your account at any time from your Profile page. This removes your characters, your profile, and your account credentials from our live systems. Some records — such as aggregate or audit data that doesn’t identify you, and the shared and backup copies described above — may remain.

If you can’t sign in and need to make a deletion or access request, email us at the address below and we’ll handle it manually.

Mudiverse is not for use by anyone under 18. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we’ll close it.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including the infrastructure security and access controls provided by our hosting and database providers. No system is perfectly secure.

Our infrastructure providers may process data outside your country of residence.

We may update this policy as the game evolves. Material changes will be reflected in a new version and effective date above.
